Question: How do I place an order?

Answer: Welcome to L2O2 Online Mall. Shopping here is easy, convenient, and secure. Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Register or log in to your account, or check out as a guest.

Step 2: Click ‘Add to cart’ on the product you want, and select the desired quantity.

Step 3: To review your items, click the ‘My cart’ icon at the upper right corner.

Step 4: If you have a ‘Promo Code,’ apply it and click ‘Apply’. Changes take effect once the code is entered.

Step 5: Click ‘Checkout’ to review your order summary.

Step 6: Fill in your Personal Details, Shipping Address, select Shipping Method and Payment Option, then click ‘Continue’ to proceed with payment.

Step 7: You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

Question: How do I track my order status?

Answer: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation summary which includes the following details  via email.

  • Order number
  • Order date
  • List of items ordered
  • Total order amount

Question: Who should take bird nest?

Answer: Bird’s nest is suitable for people of all ages and genders:

 

Newborns: Dissolve bird’s nest in water and mix with milk or rice porridge to aid digestion and enhance appetite.

Pregnant Women (During Pregnancy): Supports fetal brain development

Question: What is the difference between "House Nest" and "Cave Nest"?

Answer: “House Nest” and “Cave Nest” refers to different types of bird nests, built by swiftlets, known for their unique nesting habits. Here’s how they differ:

House Nest:

  1. Origin: House nests are constructed by swiftlets in man-made structures, such as buildings, houses, or specially designed nesting houses. These nesting houses are typically set up in urban areas.
  2. Composition: House nests are primarily made from the bird’s saliva, which hardens into a translucent, gelatinous material. These nests are delicate and have a unique texture due to the saliva content.
  3. Color: House nests are usually white or pale in color, ranging from almost translucent to slightly opaque.
  4. Flavor and Texture: House nests are known for their smooth and delicate texture. They are often used in soups and dishes for their subtle flavor and appealing texture.

Cave Nest:

  1. Origin: Cave nests are constructed by swiftlets in natural caves, particularly along coastal areas or limestone formations. These nests are typically found in remote locations and are more challenging to harvest.
  2. Composition: Similar to house nests, cave nests are also made from swiftlets’ saliva. However, cave nests may have a rougher texture due to potential mineral deposits from the cave environment.
  3. Color: Cave nests can vary in color, ranging from white to darker shades, depending on the mineral content present in the cave environment.
  4. Flavor and Texture: Cave nests are often considered to have a more robust flavor compared to house nests. They may also have a slightly firmer texture due to the presence of minerals.

Our raw bird’s nest is accredited with the Veterinary Health Mark (VHM) from the Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) Malaysia. Question: Is L2O2’s skincare suitable for all skin types?

Answer: Yes, L2O2’s skincare is suitable for all skin types, however it is recommended to do  a patch test for compatibility.

Question: How long until I see results?

Answer: Results may vary, however many has seen improvements within a few weeks. Consistency is the key.

Question: Can I apply makeup over L2O2’s skincare?

Answer: Yes, always allow the product to absorb before applying makeup.

Question: What if I experience irritation?

Answer: If irritation occurs, please discontinue the product  and consult a dermatologist. This is why we recommend a patch test.

Question: How should I store L2O2’s skincare?

Answer: Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and extreme temperatures.
