For High-Rise/Multi-Storied Buildings

Delivery is only till the designated accessible points.

Drivers will not enter the units.

Our responsibility ends upon leaving items at the designated accessible point.

Delivery to Inaccessible Locations

Orders will be delivered to the nearest designated accessible point.

Delivery fees will not be refunded.

 

Delivery Methods

Orders are handled by third-party logistics companies.

Drivers are assigned randomly.

Once the route for delivery is arranged, cancellation and refund of the delivery fee request will not be entertained..

 

Delivery Time Slots

Due to logistic limitations, we cannot confirm specific delivery times.

Our logistics partner will make efforts to deliver on the same day.

Factors affecting timing include driver availability, traffic, and unforeseen circumstances.

 

Delivery Attempt

A single on-demand delivery attempt will be made.

Communication methods used: phone calls, texts, doorbell, intercom.

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the driver will return the items to the sender.

 

Change of Delivery Address

Requests for last-minute changes to the delivery address are subjected to additional fee.

If the driver is unable to accommodate the change, the delivery remains unsuccessful.

 

Successful Delivery

A delivery is considered successful when the items are handed over to the recipient or their designated representative.

Recipients are advised to inspect the items upon receipt.

 

Unsuccessful Delivery

Reasons for an unsuccessful delivery include unavailability, incorrect address, and other factors.

Due to the perishable nature of our products and the on-demand nature of our delivery service, no refunds for items or delivery fee will be granted.

 

Damage/ Defects

In an unlikely event if the items are damaged when delivered, please report within 24 hours with clear pictures as evidence.

If it is determined that the damage occurred due to our team or the delivery driver, we will arrange for an exchange.
