• In the event of termination, any unused points may be forfeited.

7. Governing Language:

• In case of any discrepancies or disputes regarding the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

The “Free Bird Nest Serum Cleanser” campaign is organized by L2O2 Ventures Sdn Bhd (“the Company”) under the brand name Basic Skincare. Participation in this campaign is subject to the following terms and conditions. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. The campaign period is from April 16, 2024, until May 31, 2024.
2. Participants must sign up as a member of L2O2 Ventures through the website www.l2o2ventures.com to be eligible for the free Bird Nest Serum Cleanser promotion.
3. To qualify for the free Bird Nest Serum Cleanser, participants must purchase the Bird Nest Serum Cleanser at full price through the Company’s website using the designated payment gateway.
4. Rebate points will be provided to participants upon order completion.
5. Each rebate point is equivalent to the full purchase price of the Bird Nest Serum Cleanser, with 1 point equal to RM1.
6. Rebate points can be redeemed on the Company’s website for any available product. No refunds or changes will be provided for rebate points.
7. If the participant’s purchase amount exceeds the value of the rebate points, the participant will be required to pay the difference.
8. If the purchase amount is lower than the value of the rebate points, the excess amount will be retained for the participant’s next purchase.
9. Rebate points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
10. Rebate points cannot use conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
11. Rebate points shall be redeemed within 3 months of the point issuance date. After this period, the points will expire and become invalid.
12. No exchanges or refunds will be provided for purchased Bird Nest Serum Cleansers, except in cases where the product is found to be defective upon receipt.
13. The Company reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the campaign at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.

By participating in the campaign, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising from or in connection with the campaign or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or rebate coupon code.
